I took my daughter in for a check up and teeth cleaning. I asked if I could be with my daughter during the exam (I had a lot of questions about her dental health and how it may be causing her chronic ear pain). I was told by the dental hygienist that once she completed the X-Rays she would come back into the reception room and bring me back to the exam room. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures.
