After short term rentals were banned, they still refused to refund the full amount of my rental and kept their 10%. That is their policy however, the landlord could not provide the services so the entire amount should have been refunded. They offered me to re-book but because of so many work meetings and trips being rescheduled I could not nail down a date at this time. Outstanding customer service. We have been using East Island for years and could not be happier. There is no one we trust with our family vacation more than Mary and East Island!
