The worst possible experience. Dr Francis was disrespectful, rude, and terrible at communicating with the patient about his diagnosis. I hate I wasted our time going there, and should’ve waited for an April appt with a local eye doctor.
Very disappointed by their patient rapport and service. Saw the optometrist who offered to help me with my contact issues said they would order me trials and call me when they arrived. I waited a week still no call so called myself and they were ready. When inquiring about my discussion about the quantity in my trial they could not back up what the doctor previously ordered for me. I expressed that I was low on contacts since I had already had to wait for the trails to come in and they did not care. Now I am left having wait... read more
