Nice relationship – I currently live in an apartment managed by islay investments and I have lived here for the last year and a half. I have been very pleased with this arrangement. Anytime I have had a problem with anything in my apt they have addressed the situation right away. Also they keep the grounds very clean and and always maintained. In the future when I move I will definitely go to islay to check out their other listings before I go anywhere else.
Simmilarities to a slum-loard – While many people find mold to be an issue because of affects it has on health and makes a mess among all personal belongings, Islay doesn't. I've been living here for about 3 months now and my room has been saturated with water b/c of leaks and waterlogged walls. Clothing was so full of mold that i had to get rid of them and picture frames around the house were saturated with mold/mildew.
