Wish I could give them a 0 on stars. Very unethical business. HVAC system was suppose to be covered for 2 years. He refused to come out and look at the system. I ended up looking at the unit myself and then sent him a picture of the burnt component. He then wants to charge me for labor eventhough it's under warranty, stating it's due to lack of maintenance. Well I service the unit myself every 6 months, but he will do anything just to charge extra. If you want poor quality and poor service he's your guy.
They installed my unit defectively. I reached out to them to come out and fix my unit since it is still under warranty because I was constantly having issues especially upstairs where it gets really hot. All they did was ignore my texts messages and my wife’s calls when I can clearly see that they have read them. I had to get a certified hvac technician to come out and point out the issue where it was installed defectively. After a month of ignoring and ghosting me I got a lawyer and am Suing them. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Islas Bros HVAC. From start to finish, this was hands down the best HVAC experience I’ve ever had. The level of professionalism, honesty, and quality of work completely exceeded my expectations. Jose, the owner, is absolutely the best at what he does.
