Horrible. Does nothing, is a bit obnoxious, and dont be a minute late or he will leave.
I just had a most unpleasant experience with this practice. I received a bill for $50 for a July 7 missed appointment. I was confused because I knew I had not made an appointment. My husband had an appointment on July 7 that he had canceled. When I called to ask what the bill was about, I was told that it was a 30 day follow up appointment . I found the receptionist very nice. However, I was prescribed basic antibiotics that my pharmacy wouldn’t fill. I reached out to them for weeks that there was an issue and they pretended to address it but never did. Every-time I called to inquire the nurse or office manager was mean and placed the blame on me. I lost my patience with them and called them out. Still nothing progressed.
