My family moved to IW many years ago. We loved It for almost 18 years. Today because of the current HOA we are considering leaving. Please be aware that IW is no longer a good friendly place to live. Home owners ( the HOA Board) who apparently dislike families, friends and guests have taken over. Many now are looking to relocate.
Great neighborhood. Houses seem to be built really nice and sturdy. You feel like part of a community there. Friendly and active people all around.
