HORRIBLE!
The building is nasty the carpet in the hallways is disgusting even where the garbage can they throw it all on the ground the tenents move,rats this building need a make over like fast but you can't even contact who owns the building the apartment manager always at the other property on Seward St and even if he comes he not gone do anything this place then charge $920 to some tenants and $820 to others for the same 1 bdrm.apartment everything over managed or not the right management.
Terrible horrible. Roaches outdated needs a surprise visit from inspection otherwise the owner will cover up things with paint calk new tubs walls black mold
It all looked good so made time to see it. The building wasn't the cleanest but I figured it would be ok. I mentioned some problems and was told it would be ready by move in day. Move in day still wasn't ready. Couldn't stay there for quite awhile. Then of course it was ready right before rent was due again. Then took forever for other problems to be fixed. They have a terrible ROACH INFESTATION!!! They have you sign papers at move in saying if you get roaches or bed bugs let them know right away. Well I did and it's been ov... read more
