Our waitress was very good!!!! The soup was good and so was the salad. The chips were very stale. Tacos were ok. They were soggy so I ate with a fork. Ice Tea was great. Prices were a little high.
Burgers were great!! Kobb salad was awful and I almost sent it back. I’m not picky at all but this was bad. Half a hard boiled egg, a tiny sliver of avocado, forgot the blue cheese crumples, and at best a piece of bacon crumpled up. Lots of fresh lettuce and balsamic dressing was good. The chicken was not the juicy chicken breast you would find on a bun but rather some kind of carved deli meat. If we go back I will not get a salad.
We love the Islands Restaurant. It has always been a family favorite. We were so bummed when they closed the one at metro center. It's quite a drive, so we don't get to go as often as we would like.
