I had the worst experience ever at this car wash. My mats were gone and items out of my car were stolen. When I addressed the manager about the issue he could honestly care less and his customer service was a disgrace. I contact the store the next day to speak with the owner and the receptionist with zero communication skills kept giving me the run around that someone will get back to me and that they have cameras. THIS PLACE IS BY FAR , THE BEST CAR WASH IN STATEN ISLAND , THEY HAVE A MECHANICAL WASH AND HAND WASH MY CARS AND TRUCKS ALWAYS COME OUT SPOTLESS IN AND OUT
Best car wash hands down. Come here every week and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great staff and even better prices
