Normally I would give it five stars. Last night we went in (Friday) and the place was packed. We got there at 6:30 PM, waited 25 minutes, and didn't get our food for about an hour (8:00). My grandson was falling asleep. We finally finished around 9:00 after celebrating a birthday with Kona Pie. Had we known it that the kitchen was backed up, we probably would have gone elsewhere to have dinner more quickly.
