We have stayed with Islander Properties twice now and both stays were fantastic. Properties are well-equipped, clean and generously furnished for vacation rentals. Kate, in particular, is especially friendly, helpful and accommodating . We appreciate the hospitality and will definitely return in the future.

We stayed at Colony Don Pedro unit 20, Gulf side for the last 2 weeks in January 2022. I give 1 star for the awesome view and closeness of the unit to the water. I take away 1 star for the condition of the unit, it needs a good cleaning and a coat of paint ( a remodel and updated furniture would help). It had stained carpeting, dirty fans , dusty walls, dirty kitchen drawers with food and hair in them. We spent time rewashing utensils and cleaning. Best place in Florida I'Ive.'ever stayed in. Extremely PRIVATE 7 mile beach! Leach cond9 sleeps 6m ..all u have to take is all the food u need for l week. you can ge 6 to the k mainland by riding a .$10 ferryboat. QUIET! PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL HEATED! Sea turtles lay eggs at night under ur condo. Last time I was there the water was 10' from the back porch. Try it!
