Mel, Taylor, and Jessica are professional's professionals. They are each polite, prompt, proactive, and polite. My son needed summer housing for a Texas A&M internship and this team made the transaction smooth and simple for us. And when we went on-site for an introduction and tour, they treated my son and me like family - we were welcome. The facilities are outstanding, and I would live there myself in a heartbeat. Accommodations aside, Mel, Taylor, and Jessica made the experience a pleasant one for which we are grateful.
Momentum is owned & managed by American Campus Communities. Management would not make any type of exception "to the lease policy" for us to cancel our son's lease agreement. With online classes only, an increase of COVID cases on campus, limited access to facilities, on campus & the apartment complex, you would think Management would be more considerate to make exceptions. Momentum Village's (owned by American Campus Communities) response to their residents' needs during the COVID-19 pandemic was absolutely disgraceful and negligent. Students were not let out of their leases after TAMUCC went to online only classes. Their rationale was that the campus was technically still "open" and that their housing was ideal for social distancing. Unfortunately, young adults often do not abide by rules (as evidenced by the behavior witnessed nationally during spring break). The safest place for these s... read more
