+ close to the beach, parking, balcony. + Ricardo manager at the building-great man! Taking care of you. -Apt 304 COCROACHES! Tons of them ! Pest control doesn’t help. Landlord doesn’t care about you at all. - water in the shower kinda slow like 7/10. So if you want to use apartment in this building for Airbnb it’s gonna work - for personal living I do not recommend.

Management of the building changed and I feel like things been doing downhill even quicker. - no gfiber, only breezeline which is very unrealiable when working from home, you gonna be getting disconnected from the meetings etc. - pest issue, german coacroaches all over the building - march is a nightmare due to the spring break, you gonna be constantly arguing with police to let you in, nightmare when traffic builds up Then new manageme... read more
