Live anywhere but here. Specifically R4. The tenant above that unit currently enjoys playing his guitar at loud volumes and screaming at 3am. I had tapped on the ceiling at 3am at one occurance to let him know that I could hear him and that turned into "intimidating behavior". But never mind the note including vulgar language being left by him in the lobby of the building stating that kids were throwing rocks at cars etc. I am currently being evicted due to the ceiling incident, nevermind the fact that I pay my rent on time ... read more
