Scam…. No one was at the location and the local merchants reported that the gentleman collects the money but never shows up.
Nobody turned up at the pickup point on the day of my booking. When I called, the staff said, due to some problems, they can’t deliver the scooters. But they promised a full refund. It’s has been more than 10 days, there is still no refund. There is also no reply even after multiple emails sent to them. The customer service is questionable.
