RecommendedExcellent food! It came out looking elegant , the way it was served on our dinner dishes. Atmosphere inside lovely. Pricey but worth it.
Menu is very interesting. Service is very good. Food was very good. Both indoor and outdoor dining, like both of them.
I visited last week, first time there. The food was delicious for sure! we had a issue with how one of the steaks was cooked, and manager came out to apologize and took care of us. Will be back!
We travel and go out to eat often. It isn’t often however that everything tastes so well, everything. Sat outside, the boats docked and heading out into the Inter-Coastal. We just happened to pass it, thought with such a spot, building and service it would be expensive, it was not.

I’ve eaten there numerous times. I’ve always had a great meal and great service.
Everything!! Start to finish, it was all fantastic! Margaritas, blackened scallops, salads, bread and herbs, gag grouper, king crabs, loaded baked mash, Creme brûlée, espresso martini...need I say more?!
Love coming here by boat! Food & service is always good and killer sunsets from the deck!
Well first I like the location and atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with appetizers Calamari, sushi, and Meatballs with rice. The seared Ahi Tuna was great. Also sample their crab cakes. If you never been to Island Way Grill you don't know what you are missing.
