Unorganized. Unprofessional. Reservation "system" is poorly constructed and operated with no rhyme or reason. Was told they did not want our business and hung-up on. There were several different reasons why we could not make a reservation including "our system was down", "waiting on the captain's schedule", "we don't take reservations that far out", etc. Yet we remained polite and did as we were instructed to call back for 5 days straight. Really good laid back atmosphere - staff is awesome - kids enjoyed the activities while us parents enjoyed the comp drinks !!
Kids had a blast will def be back!
