i have been wanting for 2 months for my appointment with PA Tatyana Mitina, 2 days ago I received a text asking to confirm my appointment. Today I came to the office and immediately was told that they called me to reschedule due to the PA having an emergency. Nobody called me. Horrible service.
Scheduler gave me incorrect information, which caused the clinic to cancel my procedure while I was already at the clinic during the scheduled time, which I had waited months for. I was told I would get a call back about a rescheduled time, yet no one has contacted me.
I want to give the place 2.5 stars. The work is done well and facility is fairly clean but communication is severely lacking and it’s a crucial part of patient care.
