I called several times after receiving a referral here from my primary care physician. No one picked up the phone (during business hours), and my messages were never returned. After weeks of this, I had to request a referral to a different facility (the new facility picked up the phone and scheduled me immediately). My dad had the same experience and warned me they were unlikely to bother getting back to me. If you have a concern and want to be scheduled quickly, I recommend going elsewhere.
Review: This is hands down the worst doctor’s office I have ever dealt with. They are completely disorganized, and their convoluted phone system makes it virtually impossible to speak to a live person. I’ve left multiple messages, and not once did anyone bother to call me back. After months of waiting, they scheduled me for a procedure—only to cancel on the very day of the appointment because they had just realized my insurance wasn’t contracted with that facility. 0 stars if I could actually rate them. I worked the front office. I wouldn't bring my own family members to this facility. Unprofessional. Their phone system has/will never be fixed. The amount of calls that are received is huge. Nobody wants to work with that type of management. Save yourself the headache. Go elsewhere. The doctors/physicians may be great, but with that kind of staff. I'm sorry. I will speak up against injustices, especially in a medical office. Wouldn't recommend AT ALL.
