Worst experience I have ever had with an office. They really do not care. They also never get back to you when they say, had to take my results to a different doctor just to get an answer. Then they sent me a bill for services they did not render. I know no one chooses this place on their own, so ask your doctor to send you somewhere else.

My experience at this office was disappointing from the moment I arrived. There were two employees at the front desk: one was assisting a patient, while the other (Michelle) was on her computer. I waited nearly six minutes before being acknowledged, during which time three additional patients arrived. When it was finally my turn, the other employee began helping the newly arrived patients instead. Run like a factory assembly line. Office was not clean looking. Poor follow up.

I genuinely cannot understand why this place has a single good review. HOW?! This is hands down the most unprofessional, indifferent, and completely incompetent office I have ever dealt with. They NEVER return calls, emails, or text. On the rare occasion someone actually answers the phone and I leave a message, nothing happens anyway. No follow up. No communication. Nothing.
