I purchased a KJP "Mfd" anchor pearl bracelet last summer, which I love. After a few months of normal wear, I noticed some flaking on one of the pearls. I brought it in to see if it was possible to have it repaired, and in less than two weeks Susan had a new replacement bracelet from the KJP facility waiting for me. We took a charter this past week out of Tortola with Shaddy. He was awesome and took excellent care of us. The trip was one of our highlights of the vacation and we will definitely book with this company again, and will be requesting Shaddy as well. Thanks
