Owner is ripping customers off. He posted on 9th island connections that his TERIYAKI BEEF shrinks half a pound during cooking !!!!! Seriously !!!!!!!!! He blocked people from commenting on post cause he knows that what he is doing is wrong. As a HAWAIIAN and a 9th Island member I HIGHLY SUGGEST WE ALL STOP GETTING RIPPED OFF BY EATING HERE
I ordered sushi from Island Sushi on Postmates. I wasn’t able to do special instructions to the sushi roll i wanted on the app, so i called Island sushi as soon as i completed the order. 1st i was put on hold for a FULL 5min. So i hung up and called back. I told them i wanted to add cream cheese to my roll. She says it was already made and i can’t add it. Which i reply, “well if i wasn’t put on hold for 5 min, i would of been able to tell you before it was made.” So she puts me on hold again. Now some guy answered and tells ... read more
