As a former Subaru owner wanted to keep the business on the island. Manager would not waive fees to close deal. So we walked out. Would not recommend

These people do not even know whose vehicle they are working on? I keep getting requests to rate their service? And they are NOT my Subaru Dealer and I do not own the model they reference in their emails? I can't get them to rectify this issue so I am posting a negative review on facebook to get their attention. BTW, my dealer is Lester Glenn Subaru in Toms River, NJ and they are awesome!

I would definitely recommend island Subaru. The staff was really laid back and nice. The dealership itself boasts a really chill and no pressure vibe which is refreshing considering other dealerships I’ve dealt with have been a bit overwhelming and made the experience seem forced. Sam was great and took my needs and budget into consideration. I was able to get out of my lease early and into a new Impreza. I am finally able to own the car I’ve been wanting for years at a price I can afford.
We had a lovely experience buying our new Forester at Island, with the entire crew. All our questions were answered, the price was very fair, the information was in-depth, the atmosphere was fun and pleasant, and the sales pitch made me feel like the only thing that was important was my own needs. Highly recommended.
