While I want to begin by saying that the apartment itself is beautiful, I did find the leasing and move-in process to be underwhelming and, frankly, disappointing in several key areas. My concerns are as follows: Unfulfilled Promises Regarding Washer/Dryer When I toured the unit, I specifically inquired about using my own washer and dryer, which I had purchased just four months prior. Art is super nice and very quick to fix anything that needs fixing.
Toured this place recently alongside other apartments in the area. The self-guided tour was very convenient and high-tech. Everything just worked and I am honestly impressed with how seamless the entire touring experience was, and can see that this is the future especially with higher labor costs. The apartment units were nicely renovated and appliances were all updated too. Only drawback is that the hot tub was out of service and looks like it could benefit from some cleaning.
