Lots of theft happens here, and staff don’t do anything about it. This place has zero cameras in the residential parking garage, lobby or elevators. My car has been broken Into, my boyfriends car battery was stolen out of his car, they also broke his window another time. Packages are ALWAYS stolen from other residents in the lobby and off your door step. That’s if you don’t get to your packages first. Good luck. I have lived on the property for several years now and love living here. All the shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Our property management team Chrystle, Alexa and Art are always courteous and helpful. They are always responsive, attentive, and efficient in handling administrative matters and maintenance work to ensure the property is always clean and in top shape. Good location, Good communication and nice place
I recently moved to Island Square. The leasing office(Chrystle and Alexa ) have been very patient about my non standard requests, helping me solving systems issues, and also had a long list of super useful tips! Feeling really warn with the leasing team there!
