Deplorable customer service at the 60th St location!! I sent my mom for a facial/ massage and my sister for a massage today as a Christmas gift and the encounter that they just described to me has me seething mad. Let me say up front that they said the individuals who did the massage and facial were great, the problem was with the front desk personnel. A small but a good neighborhood spa! well priced! The massage was surprisingly strong. Highly recommended.
