I’d like to give it 5 stars or at least 4.5 but they gotta work on reminding customers about the expectation for silence in the saunas and using their inside voice when in the common areas. I know that’s not totally their fault but a nice reminder at checkin could help! Btw I love the facilities and cleanliness. We were cheerfully greeted upon arrival which are all the things that keep my husband and I coming back!

Love, love, love this place, always a treat when I go. Just had a minor issue and management was all over it, no outcome yet but Im sure it will be fair. Will definitely be back; body scrub and facials are a permanent staple in my life and Island Spa is the place to have those!! Happy 3 years anniversary!!!

Best way to spend a few hours! A friend recommended this spa a while ago and I was amazed by the entire experience. The baths were a bit of a shock, nudity a must, but once I was in the first tub I felt completely comfortable. I recommend booking a treatment, even if it's a short one. I had a 30 min Swedish massage and it was relaxing and professional. Then I was able to enjoy the saunas even more post massage. The food court is a must! I ordered a soup and dumplings with a staff suggestion and it was delicious.
It is always hard to leave, my husband and I spend hours there everytime we go! We love island spa. A perfect getaway to relax and rejuvenate!
