they should paint the buildings differently & maintenance people don't speak a lick of English, they have no respect when it comes to knocking on your doors. Neighbors don't keep leashes on their dogs either. Landscaping is horrible.
Moved in 2/14/20 Nick saw the roaches on my walk through and told my daughters and I he would send exterminator next morning, but they had already been there, assured me they were dying and housekeeping would be by that night to finish cleaning. I took possession and had to roach bomb the place. They told me next day that it’s my problem now bc I FOGGED.
