I joined this bank for no monthly fees, and quick personal customer service. Now it's a whopping $9 a month. And waiting an hour or more to talk to anyone. I called to make sure I can send a large sum of money to purchase a vehicle. They said it's been done, but when I went to send it it said it exceeded the limit (it didn't, and was actually alot lower) Now I've wasted a huge chunk of my morning, waiting for this phone call, despite me being proactive trying to avoid this exact situation I'm in.
Top notch service! A huge thank you to Spencer Pearson . Quick ,professional and very knowledgeable I was able to open my personal account and set up my business account in a short time .Mr Pearson goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued and welcome. 5 star is not enough for his service he deserves 10 plus stars .
I visited the fort st branch Island Savings bank to deposit some cash, but the teller was unable to provide a receipt. He seemed unfamiliar with the bank’s basic services and responded with “I don’t really know” when I asked questions. He needs to be retrained (Employee #3193). He didn’t even know how to replace the printer roll in order to print a receipt. There were no other customers — I was the only one there — yet it still took him a long time to assist me
This branch has been a lifesaver for me during my years at UVic. I appreciate how I get the same service here as I would at Envision Financial on the Lower Mainland. I always appreciate the member-first service. Thank you!
Now charging $120 year for a basic chequing account forcing me to switch banks. Beyond disappointed that the services I've accessed for years are no longer an option.
