Hours are horrible. People work from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. Closes at 5. Atm not accessible before 9:30 or after 5. Atm not accessible on weekends. Using homeless people as an excuse. Security during business hours which is not needed. Use security for Atm during weekends please. Used to have female staff, now only on rare occasions. Used to be free, now charges monthly fees. No Visa debit on debit cards. High staff turnover. I loved it when I opened my account, now not so much.
The staff are always friendly here, and there's a lovely security guard who always opens the door for me, it makes the atmosphere feel safe and welcoming:)
