Thought it was better to support local. They're really not much different. Worse actually, since they hold your entire cheque with zero released funds if you deposit your cheque through your mobile app. With bigger banks like RBC you have access to at least some of your funds through mobile deposit. Annoying and disappointing.
There's always homeless people outside the ATM. Wish they had better security so I can actually access the services I pay for.

Friendly tellers. Made an appointment to transfer a RIF, oh no it's self directed, oh no it doesn't contain mutual funds or GICs, oh no it's not 500K, we don't want it. OK pass, we'll find somewhere else to do banking with. You blew your chance to have us as members, I have no intention or interest in explaining anything further.
