This is my second experience in this branch & I am a new customer for this Credit union & Trust Co., and I have to say this is why I prefer Credit unions (except Coast Capital) for all banking items. Wow - Imagine a financial institution that is able to book an appointment within a day for a new client. In this case to open business banking. Then imagine the person - in this case Vhar is intelligent, very helpful on items that need to get done. Proactive at every part of the interaction so as to not waste time. Thought it was better to support local. They're really not much different. Worse actually, since they hold your entire cheque with zero released funds if you deposit your cheque through your mobile app. With bigger banks like RBC you have access to at least some of your funds through mobile deposit. Annoying and disappointing.
There's always homeless people outside the ATM. Wish they had better security so I can actually access the services I pay for.
