Nicola actually listens to what you say. As a snowbird i had sworn off getting my hair cut again while in Florida. Until i tried this place. Nicola was amazing, she actually listened to what i said, and recommended not to do some things i mentioned (but explained why) but said it was up to me. She actually spent an hour going through my hair, not just a zip zip your done kind of hair cut. She cut it, made sure it was even and asked if i liked it. She has a great personality too. I will get my hair cut again, by her.
