I booked a car with Island rent-a-car and the employee showed up 15 mins late. They had not processed the paperwork and I ended up leaving 45 mins after the anticipated pickup time. The vehicle was fine, except for a weird smell and the fact that I found an open bottle of rum in the middle console. This was an hour after pickup, and I called the rental agency to let them know.
