The rental was smooth and easy, we were able to get a car at a very last notice in the middle of holiday season! Car was perfectly fine, everyone was really nice and very helpful, we got a lift to our bus station which really helped a lot as we had some luggage. I can only recommend and would definitely use their service again!
We had a very good experience with Island Rental Car. We were able to rent a car spontaneously without a credit card, which was incredibly helpful and convenient for us. The salesperson was very friendly, welcoming, and gave us great advice throughout the process. Unfortunately, there was a small paint damage during our rental, even though it was not our fault. Island rent a car Victoria I've been renting cars from these guys for years and never had a problem, because the price was right. Then one day I rented from them, I had my parents visiting from Fort Mac and the car we were given was disgusting. I didn't realize it at the time. But I have sensitive lungs and asthma. The car reeked of cigarette smoke.
