Shane is a really decent guy.
I booked a car with Island rent-a-car and the employee showed up 15 mins late. They had not processed the paperwork and I ended up leaving 45 mins after the anticipated pickup time. The vehicle was fine, except for a weird smell and the fact that I found an open bottle of rum in the middle console. This was an hour after pickup, and I called the rental agency to let them know. We came here to rent a car on the Victoria long weekend . The only reason I'm giving two stars is due to the service. The two guys working there were kind and they were accommodating. We had to book the car without a physical credit card so I was able to give them all the information verbally which they put through . However, the car that we received from them should have never been given to anybody.
