Purchased all my pool equipment here including my pool. I have been using them for over 5 years, and the customer service is great. One (negative) thing I could add, there prices on certain items are a bit on the high side but overall, the store locations and the staff are very helpful and easy to deal with. I would suggest if they can add a more user-friendly web site where we can actually place orders or just to look up items for pricing.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! This has been an absolute nightmare!! Liner was installed after a 3 week wait PAST original scheduled install date due to the trashy installers showing up and demanding $300 for less then an inch left of water in the bottom. THEN they come and demand $200 from us because we have a quarter deck that doesn't touch the poo!!!! AND the ''MANAGER'''' told us when we called the day before to say we never have cash and don't want to be surprised how much will the deck cost told us $90!! We talk... read more
