Never ever do business with Island Realty in WILDWOOD. We were going to rent with them in November of 2025 and I sent a deposit for the 2026 summer season. We mutually cancelled and they have yet to return my refund. They told me a refund wouldn't be made until they rented the space. They are a horrible business. Nancy in their office is nasty and condescending. If you know anyone at this business tag them, screen shot it share it. Please share any way - share on WildWood pages.
