I recently purchased my first home, my agent William Hodgson Jr. was so incredible! Patient, understanding and dependable I could not have asked for a better realtor. I definitely will recommend Island Realty specifically William and Laura Hodgson for any future dealings to include rentals, I had such an amazing experience working with them !

This agency is so unprofessional and rude. They do not follow clear NJ state laws. Their agents and staff have been so unprofessional and rude!! I cant even belive it! I have been dealing with an ongoing issue where I have attempted to involve the original realtor, but she has consistently ignored my emails and calls.
