Horrible customer service by both the realtor Peggy Marks and broker Lisa. Very rude and poor lack of communication. Renters and homeowner beware. Edited: We never said we would book again next year! And Lisa the broker never called me back! She refused to ever have a conversation with me. And I have not received my deposit back yet even though I was told it was mailed weeks ago. All I can say, is home owners/renters BEWARE of Island Realty and this property!

Worked with Dani on renting a shore home for a week in August. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She found a few places that met my criteria and was able to show them to me on my schedule. When there was an issue with a key to one of the homes, she worked diligently in making sure to get the needed key so we could make a decision. Communication was great. Very responsive.
