We had great fun on the Cruise, the tour narrator was very informative and amusing, and the boat was well maintained with seating outside in the upper deck, and an inside cabin with air con and a bar/snacks on the lower deck. The booth to buy tickets was a bit difficult to find, it's quite close to where boats depart from, but maybe could be more cleary signposted. We had a great time however, and would recommend as a fun addition to a trip to downtown Miami!
