Last week, my family and I had an unfortunate experience with another boat service that left us extremely disappointed. We spent nearly two hours trying to reach them before arriving at our destination, with no calls being answered and no effort made to help us or refund our money. We enjoyed the cruise so much on my birthday! The downside was winning what I thought was a free vacation. You will get a free Uber to a THREE hour one-on-one meeting with a rep to sell you a vacation package…lowest offer 16k! Oh and the free vacation, comes with reduced charges for the week. So if you “win” say no thank you and enjoy your day I can’t get that time back!

The cruise was a great way to spend a birthday. We even won a “free” vacation, but unfortunately there’s a catch. Instead of spending the day celebrating we went to a 3 hour vacation package presentation to then discover the promised vacation comes with many additional charges. If you win, save yourself the trouble and skip it.
It’s was great and I would recommend any one who wants a good experience
