I am in an out patient program and they terminated my sessions without warning. Didn't even talk to me or my family about it. They ignored our phone calls. No explanation other that them not being able to handle me anymore. Incredibly unprofessional, you should feel ashamed of yourselves. Luckily, the out patient program I'm in won't let me go until I have a psychiatrist outside of the program.
This is a phenomenal practice with caring providers.
I started going to Island Psychiatry in October of 2016. I saw one NNP for about 6 months and I was told he was fired and I’d be seeing a new NNP. This lasted for about 5 months and I was told he left. Another provider, saw her a few times and she left. Onto another NNP. How does a patient form a trusting relationship with the provider.
