I called to get a proposal for a property and the owner was extremely rude, advised that previous management did not give him work so he didn't want to quote me. Mind you I have never worked with this individual to get this treatment. I am all about having the locals serve communities and am saddened that in today's world an opportunity to bid a job is overlooked.
