Island oet urgent care is sensational. We didn’t wait long at all and the staff was very friendly. The Dr was one of the owners and took great care of our dog whose eye got knocked while being groomed. They followed up with us several times afterwards. We are so lucky to have this kind of care on Johns Island now.
I cannot say enough good things about the team behind Island Pet Urgent Care. They have cared for our dog and our cat. Sadly, our cat’s time came but they administered excellent care during an urgent visit before we transferred to the ER. We will definitely continue to use them in case an urgent visit is needed. The work they do is remarkably important and we highly recommend.
They helped save my dogs paw. Dr. Maston took great care of Hanna and stabilized her paw. Then between Dr Mastons care and surgeons in west Ashley Hanna fully recovered. After 2-3 months of bandage changing and care - Hanna was good as new! Thank you!
Had to bring my pup in on a Sunday after she got a treble hook imbedded in her leg. Everyone at island Pet Urgent Care was so wonderful with my girl (who is terrified of even her routine vet visits) and the staff was nothing but professional and compassionate all the way around. We were in and out in way less time than I imagined. Hopefully, we don’t have any more urgent care visits in our near future- but this is where I’d go if we did.
They are wonderful! The staff are always so kind, caring and gentle. Dr Maston is the best! She has helped my baby boy a few times with emergency care and she is amazing! Very compassionate, kind and caring. She answers my questions thoroughly and is passionate about what she does! She and her staff handled everything accurately and took amazing care of my baby. If you have an emergency I highly recommend Dr Maston and her team!
