I was 3 minutes outside your grace window and was told you wouldn't see my dog and that I needed to reschedule but as long as I rescheduled instead of cancel, then I could transfer the $25 I already paid to the new appointment. I needed my dog seem quickly so I looked into other places where he could be seen. i was looking for dr callahan online as he’s the only vet i ever brought my cats to & was so sad to see he’s so far from where i live now :’( he’s awesome though, i highly recommend him. so much so, i almost considered making the trip out just for him!
