I have lived in IPT for about 2.5 years. At first, I ignored the minor inconveniences such as frequent elevator outages, construction noise, and regular access notices to my suite. Great location, frustrating management. The buildings are older but there’s a lot of positives like you rarely hear neighbours, and the layouts are big and nice. The on-site staff are friendly and helpful, but Homestead’s communication is a major issue. Since taking over in 2021, there’s been near-constant construction with very little notice.
