I'll start out by saying the Cabin we stayed in was clean, inviting and well equipped with the essentials. However 2 days before our arrival we received an email about the water issues and how it needed to be boiled. Turns out this has been going on for quite some time and didn't just happen 2 days before we arrived. IPR didn't include the full warning about boiling water. If I could give this place zero stars I would. After not responding for almost three days after historic catastrophic flooding around the area, I had to book a different place to stay because I didn’t know if we would be able to get there. This company has refused to extend a full refund. We booked on Airbnb and will never use either company again.

Booked with family through Airbnb, Got charged a $225 cleaning fee upfront. Guess what, dirty dishes, food residue in dishwasher, propane tank next to an open lighter fluid bottle outside….not sure what that cleaning fee went to besides the Island Park Res. people’s pockets. They had a sign that said that if a bat gets in the house, we are responsible for paying for pest control. And GUESS WHAT there was already a bat in the house!
