Went to get a chipped filling fixed and their approach was to schedule me for things unrelated to my primary concern and upsell things to use up as much of my insurance money as possible. They really wanted to know what my yearly annual limit is for insurance. The greed disguised as patient care was really off-putting. My chipped filling would apparently only be fixed AFTER 3-4 unnecessary appointments for other things. They wanted to get bitewing X-rays for my teeth just for cleaning even when a panoramic X-ray was provided... read more
