Harbor Town is a great place to live. It is right on the Mississippi River, very beautiful, has a very nice walking/running path and dog park. It's perfect for first time Memphis residents, which we were. With that being said, I would not recommend Island Park Apartments. Shortly after we first moved in about a year and a half ago, we began finding poisonous Brown Recluse spiders in every room of our unit. We immediately brought it to the attention of management and they did a "spray" and said that would take care of them. I... read more
