I have loved my stay with this complex. I have stayed on at least 5 others in the Shreveport area and have never been as satisfied as I have been with me beautiful 2BR apartment. I love having the attached garage right below me! I feel super secure and I have tons of storage! I would recommend someone to stay on this property.
Ok, maybe there are 2 Reflections of Island Park. Or, maybe things have totally changed. Either that, or the other 2 reviewers were EXTREMELY confused. First of all, this is the 3rd apartment complex I have lived in in the area and it is the nicest by far. The manager is extremely nice and helpful. I can hear my neighbor upstairs occaisionally, but that is to be expected with any complex. As far as "calling for packages," every time I get a package they leave a note in my mailbox. I agree with the previous review. The walls are paperthin and if you have a horrible neigihbor, like we did, you can hear their every move. Any complaint to the office is like talking to the wall. They look at you like you are stupid and don't do anything about it. The pool is nice but when summer came, they drained it to work on it. We also had stains on our carpet when we moved in. Having a garage is nice. You definitely want upstairs, so you won't hear the people above you walking around.
