We signed a 10 month lease, $1745 a month, it’s now time to sign another lease, but if we can’t sign another 10 month lease(if you we’re buying a house for example) and only need only need to stay 2 to 3 months til house closes, you have to pay $3200 rent per month, ridiculous!!! but if you’re a new tenant renting our unit it’s $1895 for 3 months a month. None of the amenities, pool, spa, gym equipment, tanning bed, etc work. NEVER under any circumstances rent from weidner, this is how they operate!
