Aside from this place being wildly overpriced, I used them a couple of months ago for something small, and the guy demanded cash. I only had my cards on me, and he refused credit cards, so I had to use the debit card that I had not used in 3 years, and within a couple of days, there were fraudulent charges on the card. I really enjoy using their services here. They are so convenient for me to use to drop off pre-labeled packages to be returned through USPS, UPS and Fedex without having to make stops at all these shipper locations. They give email copies of shipping confirmations and tracking information so you can refer back easily. All team members that I've encountered here have been friendly and helpful.

Went in with an issue of an app that's on my phone due to the fact that I'm pretty technically challenged. The gentleman behind the counter had no problem taking the time to help me download all the documents that needed to be printed out all the copies which I needed package them up for me in individual packets. Spent about 30 minutes of his time helping me while all the customers were coming and going and did it with a smile. Couldn't ask for better or more pleasant service suggest this establishment to anyone!!!!

Great, friendly people that provide an easy and effortless shipping experience. They are helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. I have moved all of my mailbox and shipping needs from the post office to here, wish I did it sooner.

My Item, (a heavier glass item, that was fairly thick and sturdy) shipped by Island Packaging & Shipping was damaged due very poor packaging. And although I stated the value in the request for a shipping quote, no coverage for the value was provided so I was only reimbursed for S100. I always state the value for a shipping quote, and I have never had a shipper not use the amount to provide coverage for damage, or otherwise offer the coverage if it is not in the quote.
