The nurses and staff are kind and sweet and Dr. Myers has made it possible for me to walk normally again, which I didn't think was possible.
I was diagnosed in the emergency room with calcific tendinitis, a very painful condition that can require treatments like injections, shockwave therapy, or other interventions. After struggling to find an appointment elsewhere, I contacted this clinic and was told I needed a referral from a primary care physician—even as a self-pay patient. Third visit. Received injections into both knees. Did not last as long as I’d hoped. ( Can’t have joint replacement due to allergies and bone growth issues.) Told some stories of my almost 55 years of working around health care. Was treated with skepticism and what felt like contempt. Made me very uncomfortable. Told I didn’t need to come back. Really kind staff and surgeon, everyone, the receptionists, nurses, etc. and Dr. Myers did an amazing job on my surgery and I completely trust him. I will keep going there for any other surgeries I need, because I do have a lot of issues with my hands and knees.
