I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other parents should be aware of our experience. I chose this orthodontic office because it was close to our home, and I regret that decision. My son had private insurance that covered his orthodontic treatment in full. Despite that, I was told he needed a palatal expander, which was very expensive and was not covered by our insurance. Amazing place, they thoroughly explain all treatment options and cover everything also customize the treatment plan to your specific child's needs/anatomy. The front desk admin staff also were very quick and accommodating, they don't leave you waiting and take care of check in and out efficiently which makes a huge difference!, when you first walk into a dr'office the administrative staff set the tone! My daughter was excited to know her treatment plan options and has much optimism. Thank you!

Gigi is always informative. She makes sure that her patients understand exactly what they have to do to have good oral hygiene. She is always kind and professional. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. We always have a positive experience.

My daughter goes to islandorthodontics since last year and we have nothing but great experience. Everyone is very professional and office is clean and kids friendly.
