Very good customer service from Karina. Being a tourist and on my first day in Tasmania, my spectacle screw was missing. Luckily she was very polite and helpful and helped me to repair my spectacles free of charge. Without her help I would not be able to enjoy my Summer holidays in Tasmania. Thank you for helping me.
